Returns Information

Below you will find all of our return instructions for purchases, exchanges & hires.

At Hireawetsuit we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If the wetsuit doesn't offer you a perfect fit, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 30-days of the date of purchase.

Return & Exchange Instructions

To begin the return or exchange process, you must contact the customer service team at enquiries@hireawetsuit.co.uk. We cannot accept returns without prior notification. Unnotified returns will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.

Once you have contacted and notified us about your return or exchange, you will need to print off and fill out the Return & Exchange Form, and include it with your wetsuit before returning back to us.

Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of the return.

Return Policy

You are entitled to a refund or exchange for wetsuits that have been undamaged & returned within 30-days of the date of purchase

Please note, we cannot accept a return or exchange if:

  • The wetsuit is received after 30-days of the date of purchase.
  • The wetsuit is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
  • The wetsuit has been written in. (We cannot accept wetsuits for a return or exchange that have the owner's name written on the back flap)

Clearance/ Exhire items do not qualify for a return or exchange. Please see product page for details.

Whether you decide to send back your wetsuit for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of items returned. Shipping costs are never refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement wetsuit to you at no additional cost to you, but the initial shipping back of the wetsuit is the responsibility of the customer.

Hire Return Instructions

Wetsuits can ONLY be returned by post, you can choose any method/ carrier and you are responsible for paying return shipping. 

All hire wetsuits must be returned before or within 2 days of the agreed hire end date (wetsuits must be clean, dry & with a completed Wetsuit Hire Returns Form), otherwise it will result in an additional charge as described in the "Charges" section in the Terms & Conditions.
